Manxmove Expand Sales Team

Manxmove expands its Residential Sales team

Manxmove are delighted to welcome Troy Parker to their friendly close knit Estate Agency team. Troy is now the fourth qualified Estate Agent at Manxmove which now makes up a total of nine staff members. Troy recently studied for a BSc in Real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University and achieved a 2:1-degree which is accredited by the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Troy already has over two years local Estate Agency experience in a Commercial environment and will be transferring these skills over to Residential Estate Agency.

Graham Wilson from Manxmove commented “Customer service is of paramount importance to us. We are delighted to be in a position to be able to expand our team even further and, with four qualified Estate Agents, further enhance the service we provide for our clients. We have worked hard over the last eight years to build up an excellent reputation on the Island. We are very particular in the way we conduct our business so it is very important to us to be able to personally train our agents to do things “The Manxmove way”.  Troy should be an ideal addition to the team as he is already suitably qualified and, whilst he has some experience within a busy well regarded local Commercial Estate Agency, we can provide the one on one training to help him make the transition over to the residential side of our business. It is incredible to see how a business that started off in the corner of my living room at home has rapidly grown over the last few years. A business is only as good as its staff and my business partner Ian and I are very proud and appreciative of all of the efforts from all of the dedicated hardworking team at Manxmove.

Troy commented “I’m absolutely delighted to have joined Manxmove. I have watched the company grow steadily over the years and, having discussed the position with Graham and Ian, everything felt right.  I am looking forward to switching to Residential Estate Agency and learning how to do things the Manxmove way. Having already gained experience in one sector of the Isle of Man property market I felt it was time to move on, and there was no better place to learn than here at Manxmove”

Troy is a local Manx lad who lives in Douglas and he was educated at Ballakermeen High School. Troy likes to participate in local sport and he plays for Onchan Football Club and is also captain of Finch Hill Cricket Club, where he also helps with the coaching of junior teams.
