Hi I’m Graham. I have been involved in the local property market for over 30 years now and I have experienced everything from fiercely competitive sellers markets with properties being purchased over the phone to difficult buyers markets with an abundance of vendors desperately trying to attract very few buyers. I was originally born in Glasgow although I have been living on Isle of Man for nearly 50 years. I have two Manx children and four Manx grandchildren, so I hope this entitles me to call the Island my home now. My hobbies include sailing, power boating, e-foiling, motorcycles, cycling, and snow skiing.
