We had been looking for the perfect house for over a year before we came across the one listed by Manxmove. Before viewing this property, we had been to over twenty different viewings listed by a variety of different estate agents and although we had positive experiences with a number of these, we had also experienced cancelled viewings and attended houses where the estate agent never showed.
This was not the case with Manxmove. When we arrived at the property we were greeted very warmly by Sam who remained very professional not just for the viewing but even after completion. Sam had clearly done his research on the house and the area and was able to explain the work that needed doing and was honest enough about the other interested parties and his clients. Sam kept us up to date throughout the process and after purchasing the house he dropped a card in and provided us with a box of goodies.
I have already recommended Sam and Manxmove to a number of friends and colleagues, such was the excellent job they did with acting as the agent for our new home.
