When it was time to sell, he quickly provided a surprising number of qualified prospective purchasers, liaised promptly with all parties and a deal was struck. Throughout the process, Ian came across as someone who genuinely wants to make a difference, not just pick up a commission. Other estate agents are available, apparently. But why bother?
