We are not one for generally writing reviews, but when someone completely changes your attitude towards a profession, some feedback is certainly due.

Ian at Manxmove has changed our perception of what an estate agent could achieve as throughout our property sale his input and guidance was exceptional!

When we decided to sell, we had three estate agents visit the property, of the agents Ian was genuinely the most engaged and enthusiastic about our house. His valuation was a reasonable price in the middle of the other two. Considered photos were taken and we were allowed to add some of our own. The property was advertised at our request on a Saturday evening online, Ian was in touch on Sunday and we had three viewings lined up by Monday morning. ‘Ian went above and beyond what could ever be expected of him’

We moved from Manchester over to Maughold due to my husband’s job. This was extremely daunting. We had never been to the Isle of Man before, we fancied a change but knew it would be a wrench leaving behind friends and family and heading into the unknown.
After spotting a property we liked on the Manxmove website, I spoke with both Tracy and Ian on different days. I was taken aback with their enthusiasm for the Isle of Man and also for our idea to move over. They answered my many questions happily and provided me with a huge amount of information I could never have found on any website. We had to move within a short period of time and Ian and his team were diligent and speedy with the liaison between ourselves and the owners of the property.

I visited the Island at the end of September and took the morning off work to do so. I landed at around 7.30am and Ian, having gone above and beyond what could ever be expected of him, was waiting for me at the airport. He drove me to the North of the Island on a scenic route to show me how beautiful it was. I was truly hooked. After seeing the property, Ian then continued to give me a full tour of the Island before dropping me back at the airport in time for my flight. I was back at my desk in Manchester for work by 1.00pm!

We moved mid-October and again he met us at the property to make sure our move went smoothly. I cannot thank Ian, Tracy and the team enough. They made what could have been a very difficult move for us, easy and enjoyable. I would without a doubt highly recommend Manxmove to anyone I meet. Thanks again.
